SkyeWalker went missing on November 20, 2022, from the Pena Blanca Loop/Talavera Area. He was seen in early January 2023 being walked by an older couple (60's; the man had white hair and was well dressed) in Valley View Park, Las Cruces. The couple said they'd found the Sheltie a couple of weeks earlier (early/mid-December 2022), and he was so cute, they decided to keep him. We've had possible sightings from Mesquite to Dona Ana Village, Farmers Market, Mesilla Plaza, etc. and have been chasing leads throughout the County. We believe the people still have him in the County, but are also moving him around, knowing we're still looking for him (10 months, Sep. 20, 2023). He may also be with a younger guy (the couple's son, nephew...) with light-colored hair.
