Very friendly (typically runs up to people immediately), loves to interact with other dogs, docile demeaner, typically will not bark, very quiet, but if he does bark he has a powerful beagle sounding howl type-bark.
North Water St. and West Mountain Avenue near Home Instead as per two eye witnesses between 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. One of the eye witnesses chased him but he ran away. Unsure if he is just scared or if he has found a taste for freedom and is not letting up.
