Small dog, probably around 10 lbs, seemingly a shih tzu/lhasa apsa mix but unsure

Area Found

The dog was found on the way back into Las Cruces from the fairgrounds around 9/10 pm. We took exit 140 for Avenida de Mesilla and then turned left onto Stern drive. The dog was found either on Avenida de Mesilla or on Stern Dr. We found the dog before turning left onto W Boutz Rd.
