Defining Characteristics:
Description and Markings: Black ears, long shaggy hair, white fur with light brown patches.
Additional Information:
Long shaggy cream/white hair, very matted, black ears, dark snout. Bottom two teeth missing, unable to see if right eye is missing.
We have since cut some of the matted parts, very friendly but very cautious of people.
Found with blue collar with red and white anchors, had a bolt snap with piece of plastic coated wire tie/rope.
