Found her last October, posted everywhere owners have not come up (Websites, Instagram, Facebook in El Paso and NM). Thought I could keep her until owners showed up but they have not. Have tried to keep her but continues to run away, unable to keep her, jumps fence. She is not spayed and her last vaccines were in October when I took her in to see if she was chipped and she is not. She is a sweet dog and hope she finds a home, I cannot take care of her, or continue to chase her down the streets when she escapes.
