Short, pudgy dog with an irritated bump on its left paw, as if from an allergy. One ear stands up, one ear flops down.
Found on Elks Street south of the intersection of Engler Road. Dog was running in the street. Was with a bigger white-tan-black, border collie mix-type dog that couldn't be caught; it ran into a nearby subdivision.
